General terms and conditions
Booking conditions: A reservation becomes final upon payment of a deposit. A 30% deposit is required for all stays.
The deposit can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or check made payable to Hôtel Le Vert Bois.
A booking confirmation will be sent to you by email or post upon receipt of your deposit, along with a summary of your stay.
Extra bed: An extra bed can be added to our Prestige/Twin Double rooms only.
Baby essentials: A baby cot and baby bedding (duvet, pillow, fitted sheet) are provided free of charge upon request, subject to availability.
A changing table is available in the shared restrooms for changing your baby, and two high chairs are available in the breakfast room. Pets: Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed on the premises (American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, etc.). Only one pet per room is allowed. Pets must not be left alone in the room, are not permitted in the breakfast room or pool area, and must be kept on a leash when moving around the hotel. Cancellation Policy: Any stay that has begun is due in full. Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date. Any damage caused by a guest in the room during their stay will be charged, including the cost of materials and labor for repairs. A €50 fee will be charged for lost room keys, payable on site. Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, check (with presentation of ID), and ANCV holiday vouchers.
